This formula is a private class with one-on-one sessions based on a structured lesson plan and helps the learner achieve predetermined goals.
Online French Culinary Class
Level: Open to all. Chef Thierry will adapt to his audience and may use some English if necessary.
Duration: 1.5 hour long
Once a month, celebrated chef Thierry, who was nominated as one of the best chefs in Southern California invites you to share his cuisine knowledge and master emblematic French dishes, by virtually joining his own kitchen where you will learn how to make French classic specialties. The classes are online and always start by a cultural introduction about the French region of the dish.
No material required (apart from an internet connection, computer and pen and paper).
French Vegan Cuisine Experience
Level: Open to all. Chef Thierry will adapt to his audience and may use some English if necessary.
Duration: 1.5 hour long
When: First Wednesday of every month from 7PM to 8:30PM PS

My name is Thierry and I'm excited to give you a glimpse into who I am.
Originally a French Chef, I later transitioned into teaching French. I attended a prestigious culinary school in Paris for three years and went on to work at top-rated hotels and restaurants in France, Canada, and the United States.
After spending twenty years in the food service industry, I decided to further expand my knowledge by pursuing a Master of Arts in French at San Diego State University. I have been teaching French for fifteen years, catering to all levels of learners, including adults and French cinema enthusiasts.
