We have a wide variety of high-quality and engaging opportunities for you, all taught by a talented instructor and chef (learn more here). Thierry is passionate about French culture, language, and cuisine and past students still rave about the growth they experienced while in his classes. You can be assured that each and every session will be fun yet challenging and will move you as far forward in your French experience journey as possible.
Virtual, one-on-one tutoring sessions (tier 1)
Level: Beginners, intermediate or advanced speakers.
Public: High schoolers, students and adults
Duration: 1 hour long for 7/8 weeks (flexible schedule)
When: on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, choose from 6PM to 8pm
This one-on-one session will give you an opportunity to review French grammar, conversation, reading and French culture that will help you to increase your overall knowledge of the French language. It is designed for all ability levels and allows the student to seek help at their own pace.

Level: Beginner, intermediate or advanced speakers
Public: High schoolers, students and adults
Duration: 1 hour for 7 to 8 weeks (flexible schedule)
When: on Tuesdays and Thursdays, choose from 6PM to 8PM
This one-on-one session will give you an opportunity to learn French grammar, conversation, reading, and culture using a more structured series of lessons. It is designed for all ability levels and is more like a class where each lesson builds on the one before to reach a predetermined goal.

French Culinary Class (Limited Space Available)
Level: Beginners, intermediate or advanced speakers.
Public: High schoolers, students and adults
Duration: 1.5 hour long
When: Third Tuesday of every month from 7PM to 8:30PM PST
Language used: English and French
Once a month, join chef Thierry who worked side by side with the famous French chef Paul Bocuse and won first place at the Temecula Culinary Competition. Immerse yourself to the fine regions of France and learn how to make French classic specialties with a chef that was nominated as one of the best chefs in Southern California.

French Vegan Cuisine Experience (Limited Space Available)
Level: Beginners, intermediate or advanced speakers.
Public: High schoolers, students and adults
Duration: 1.5 hour long
When: Wednesday First week of every month from 7PM to 8:30PM PST
Language used: English and French

Enjoy the demonstration from the comfort of your home and learn new recipes with a Chef that was nominated as one of the best chefs in South California. Immerge yourself to the French Vegan Cuisine and learn the unique culinary flavor from beautiful regions of France. No material required (apart from an internet connection, computer and pen and paper).
